Membership Tiers

Avenue On 3 offers a tiered membership program with Jade, Sapphire, Emerald and Ruby levels. Each tier rewards customers with more benefits, including early access to new arrivals and special promotions.

The rate of earning points depends on the tier:

  • Jade members earning 1 point for every S$10 spent.
  • Sapphire members earning 2 points for every S$10 spent.
  • Emerald members earning 3 points for every S$10 spent.
  • Ruby members earning 4 points for every S$10 spent.

Achieving the next tier in the Avenue On 3 membership program is based on minimum spend over a 12-month period. To maintain your current tier status, you must meet the minimum spend requirement within the next 12 months. This ensures that members receive the full range of benefits and rewards for their loyalty to the brand. As customers continue to shop and spend more at Avenue On 3, they will be able to upgrade their tier and enjoy even more benefits and rewards. The membership program is designed to provide a personalized and rewarding shopping experience for customers at every level.

 

MY ACCOUNT

Logging into Avenue on 3 App

  • Register an account by using email address and password created.
  • Enter the details and click “log in” to begin exploring.
  • If you do not have an account yet, download “Avenue On 3” mobile phone app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Tap to open the app, sign up via “SIGN UP TO JOIN AVENUE ON 3” and enter your details.

I have forgotten my log-in details

  • If you cannot log into your account, contact us at concierge@avenueon3.com

Updating personal details

  • Log into the app.
  • Select Account at the bottom of the app.
  • Select Profile, make the changes and click on “Save” and you are all set.

Reset Password 

  • On the app, go to My Profile.
  • At bottom half of page, enter your current password.
  • Next, enter the newly created password, do it again on the next line to confirm the newly created password.
  • Click “Save” on the bottom right hand corner and you are all set.

Check my points in the App

  • Log into your account.
  • Click on My Account at the bottom.
  • Click on My Points and your points will be reflected along with the redemptions and usage of points.

TIERS, QUALIFICATIONS AND RENEWAL

Different membership tiers

There are four Avenue On 3 membership tiers, which unlock access to exclusive perks and benefits as you move up in tier.

The tier you are in will determine the rate which you can earn Avenue On 3 points. At Sapphire membership tier for example, you will earn 2 points for every $10 you spend in Avenue On 3 boutique and e-boutique. These points multipliers will allow you to earn points faster as you upgrade to the higher tiers.

Upgrade to next membership tier

All Avenue On 3 members can qualify for the next tier by achieving the minimum spend over 12 months. To continue enjoying your current tier status, you will need to meet the minimum spend to renew within 12 months as well. The minimum spend to qualify for the next or renew your current tier can be found below:

Do not meet minimum spend to maintain/renew tier

Avenue On 3 members with a Sapphire, Emerald and Ruby status who do not reach the minimum tiers renewal amount will move one tier down. Members with Jade status will not see any change to their status and remain at the same tier.

Avenue on 3 membership renewal

Yes, your membership will renew automatically based on the renewal or upgrade qualifications. Once an Avenue On 3 member, always an Avenue On 3 member.

Birthday month 

As an Avenue On 3 member, you will get birthday treats that correspond to your tier. You will receive them as e-vouchers in the “Rewards” section of Avenue On 3 app, on the 1st day of your birthday month. Each e-voucher will contain details of each birthday reward you are qualified for and may (or may not) have different expiration dates. Birthday treats are subjected to availability and may require prior reservation. Please read the terms and conditions of each voucher for more information.

What is Avenue On 3 Membership?

Must I download the Avenue On 3 App?

Whilst it is not mandatory to be an Avenue On 3 member, we highly recommend that you download the app. You will get exclusive access to member-only redemptions and have your membership privileges, account information, and your points balance stored conveniently in your in-app wallet

What can I do with the points I earn?

The points you earn on purchases in Avenue On 3 boutique can be redeemed for members-only rewards of products and services. When you have redeemed points for a reward, the redemption will be kept and stored safely on the Avenue On 3 app in the Account section until you use it, or it expires.

How do I exchange my Avenue on 3 points for rewards?

  • Log in to your account and go to the Rewards section.
  • There, browse the available rewards and select the ones you want to redeem using your points.
  • Simply follow the instructions provided to complete the redemption process.

How can I view redemptions I’ve made?

  • Log into your account on the app.
  • Once logged in, you can go to the Rewards section, then to My Rewards to see a history of your reward redemptions.
  • The history will show you a list of all the rewards you have redeemed, as well as the date and number of points used for each redemption.

Can I redeem the same reward more than once?

  • Yes, you can exchange your points for the same reward as many times you’d like providing you have sufficient points and the availability of the reward.
