If you wish to delete your account, please fill in your name, the registered email and mobile number that you have used during the initial sign up and select the relevant subject at the bottom of this page.

When you request for the deletion of your account, we delete your profile information and any other content you provide in your profile (such as your name, password, email address, phone number, gender, birthday, and nationality) collected through mobile permissions you have granted.

Information like sales transaction details and histories may not be deleted when you delete your account.

Here's what will happen after your account has been deleted.

  • You will lose access to all your points, perks, and vouchers.
  • You will no longer have access to your old account.
  • Your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Upon submission of your deletion request, it will take at least 5 working days for the processing of your request. In the event if you wish to retract your request, you may do so by sending an email with your registered email address to Membership@avenueon3.com within 72 hours of your initial request.
